Where are we from?
How did it all begin?
About twelve years ago I, Karl-Heinz Biedermann, entered my father`s company, a small handicraft business, which just earned enough money to get by. Good luck, good relations and connections, reliability and determination helped us expand the enterprise and increase the number of employees from 12 to 125 within three years` time.
As in many family firms there were big problems between the generations. We could not work together any longer. My father fired me, put his faith in new employees and went bankrupt.
The notice of termination was motivation enough for me to make a new start, to learn from mistakes.
Within seven years I set up a group of companies, consolidated under one Incorporated Company. Our concept has proved so successful meanwhile that we have been offering our business idea to franchise partners as of 1st March 2009.
